And because you are our concern, we clarify the most important conditions for exchange and return, and our always goal is "Customer Satisfaction": Exchange and Return Policy: 1- There is no return or exchange for the order after completing the payment process. 2- The customer has the right to exchange or return jewelry that contains a manufacturing defect or damage within 3 days from the date of purchase. 3- The jewelry must be in its original condition and not used, with all accessories and gifts provided with the product, and the product must be in its original packaging. The product's safety will be verified by a specialized team before return or exchange. 4- We apologize for the exchange or return of jewelry made specifically for the customer. 5- When the customer wishes to exchange or return jewelry, they will bear the delivery and shipping costs. A purchase invoice must be available for exchange or return. 6- The paid amounts will be refunded in case of return via bank transfer to the customer's account, within a maximum of seven working days if paid cash or Mada, and from 14 to 21 days if paid through credit cards.
